The Building the Elite Training App offers goal and career-specific training programs that are tailored to suit your individual needs and schedule.

The BTE App:

  • Identifies fitness gaps and targets them: The proprietary algorithm compares your current fitness level with the required standard for your profession or goal, automatically customizing your program.
  • Provides flexible and adaptable training that evolves with your progress: Your program will adjust as you improve, ensuring a consistent challenge. The programs are designed to adapt while keeping you aligned with long-term objectives.
  • Includes daily mental skill lessons: Each training session focuses on mental skills to enhance both your physical and mental capabilities. Detailed overviews for every training block and session provide insights on maximizing each session.
  • Optional feature: Sync with the Health app for real-time metric updates.

The BTE Training App offers a wide range of training programs tailored to your specific goals and fitness levels. Workouts fall into one of five primary tracks:

  1. SOF Selection (8-20 hours per week):
    • Programs geared towards preparing for U.S. military SOF selection processes.
    • Includes training for Australian SASR, British SAS/SBS, CANSOF JFT-2 & CSOR, and FBI HRT selections.

  2. Operator (5-7 hours per week):
    • Designed for operators seeking overall fitness improvement, health maintenance, and optimal operational performance.
  3. LEO (4-5 hours per week):
    • Catered to individuals in law enforcement (police, sheriff, homeland security, FBI, etc.) or those aspiring to join this field.
  4. Fire (4-6 hours per week):
    • Suitable for firefighters in urban or wildland settings and those preparing for a career in firefighting.
  5. Civilian (3-4 hours per week):
    • For individuals whose professions don’t rely on physical performance; professionals aiming to excel at various physical tasks while enhancing mental and emotional resilience.
